From the beginning, the communication/and entire process were EXCEPTIONAL! Lanell is knowledgeable about industry trends and always strived to provide the best result for her client. She certainly helped keep any stress of me as the seller. We ran into a buyer situation (I was the seller) that took more of her time/attention than it needed to. Lanell always maintained a high level of professionalism particularly dealing with that situation and had another buyer ready to go in no time. The entire process was seamless. I met Lanell through a referral and all I can say is I am THANKFUL to have done so. GOD puts people in your life for a reason, and HE clearly knew who was best suited to work with me. TERRIBLE! Not professional at all when comes to real estate. I would be inclined to say shes in it for the benefit of the percentage she gets out of it when 'nickel and dime-ing' things. I would go with someone who has a better heart to do the right thing. Just dont expect her to work with you on much.
