Lanissa Fortner is a step above the rest! Her market knowledge and communication were top notch in the search for our first home. We felt extremely comfortable with Lanissa in our corner in the buying process - she filled us in every step of the way and provided us her expertise on all of our MANY questions Not to mention, she's so friendly and fun to be around! Although she's very busy, she always makes herself available for showings/appointments. If we ever sell/buy again, I will being going immediately to Lanissa!
