I am very happy to have had the opportunity to have a very kind, considerate, knowledgeable realtor like LaRhonda Thompson to help me and my family with our housings need. We are relocating from Texas to Florida and did not have any idea of the best areas to relocate to. We had certain requirement that we wanted in a home. LaRhonda got to know us and dedicated her time,resources and expertise to deliver us the right home for all our needs. She went beyond the call of duty. She even provided us with reference for doctors, beautician, restaurant, etc... She was perfect!

LaRonda helped me find me a place to call home. She helped me navigate thru issues and questions and I always felt like she was there for me from the first minute I met her. She was outstanding to work with, knowledgeable about the area and very good with negotiating on your behalf. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Laronda is a excellent realtor! My husband and I didn't know what to expect in purchasing our first home but she exceeded far beyond our expectation with her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and avaibility. After one visit with LaRonda she seemed to know exactly what my husband and I were looking for regarding a new home as we transitioned to the Lake Mary area. She even found us a condo to purchase that was within our budget instead of having to lease/rent like we thought we might be doing. LaRonda knows the area and has back up plans for any issues that might arise to get you into your forever home. She is definitely a full service realtor.

LaRonda was the perfect person for our 1st home purchase experience. Her process was so well organized. She provided my wife and I a work sheet, we identified our requirements and she drove the entire process. Her coordination was always flexible and perfectly scheduled. Our appointments were always productive as we got closer to our desired home. Laronda validated all showings prior to our arrival so we never experienced a bad showing. We looked for 6 months and never felt any pressured. I remember the day we signed our contract with Mattamy Homes. She called me prior to leaving my house on Saturday morning and said " Bring your checkbook". She was right, it was the ONE!

LaRonda was a great agent. Showing us home after home after home, until we found the one I knew was right for my family. We were intent on selling our home by-owner, but sought advice from a professional to get an idea what to look for, and what to avoid. LaRhonda went over all the steps of staging/ selling/Inspection/Closing . What changed my mind was her ability to screen qualified buyers coming into our home. What happened was , we sold our home in 4 dayws. The Inspection and Closing ran into a few items that the Buyer seemed to think were necessary concessions. Fortunately , LaRonda provided us with all the options, and then allowed us to make an informed choice that we were comfortable with. During the closing LaRonda was instrumental in helping us find a home closer to our families as well!
