Oh please everyone BUYER BEWARE HIS WORD MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!! LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES I had seen a property on Sugarbush Dr in Holiday, I am 37 year old female in remission (2nd)time, honestly been let down more than most people could deal with...But thats on me, but now qith all I have been through I know when people wrong you, their classless, heartless and they are greedy as Larry is. After negotiating 1st day on market I put on home and it was accepted!!!! But (with his word) the couple divorcing worked 2nd and 3rd shift so send me the offer and I (Larry) will have it signed in the mornimg because I am doing this for free so that they can get their house gone and finish their divorce. Which is none of out business but .....okay I wouldn't want to push anyone to take of work to sign an offer, because I understand things come up.....Next day roles around meaning yesterday Tuesday and he decides at 330 4pm he got another offer and was giving them to 615 to top mine.....not only did I get a NOT get a chance to counter offer but hes an arrogant asshole who tried to sum up his mistakes If their was a way to give him 0000000000. 10 0's he would not have a 1 star and shouldn't have a license, sounds like conflict of interest, word means nothing and hes ultimately an inhumane asshole, I will do everything I can to make sure this heartbreak 💔 does not happen to another family. My mother who also is in remission from our rare form of cancer we had together was let down, my fiance who fell in love with it, my grandmother sister and brother in law were let down...Sales are sales but your word is your word. I worked and managed a cell phone store a total all together 12 years and they had the best loyalty to our customers because i managed them with the thought of how i would want someone to treat people. So the moral of this story he is a lying, disloyal, in my eyes practicing reality in ways he shouldn't since he is not a non profit or anything but works under Charles Rutenberg Reality so yes I will make sure this does not happen to someone else.....And if he says "They Accepted" MAKE HIM SIGN THEN....I looked at 5 homes and now the rest are gone because your clients worked 2md and 3rd shift at least give me the chance to negotiate because I xould have came up with the money needed so his clients or family friend whoever also lost out as well. My ne is Candace Angel and this is nothing but the truth this man has put me through the last 48 hours now. Im disguested a reality firm would back this guy up, and allow them to represent him. I can say my realtor and crew are amazing and they will have a separate review but they don't deserve to have their Name associated with this Liar....Larry I told you your word is everything, so my words need to empower people to say no to Larry Curphey...1 bad review in college they teach you in business management 1 bad review will cost you 30 customers, and if I can take this to media and save 30 customers than I have done well. You never know what a person has gone through and to actually make an offer on a home took alot of courage in a city I know 2 people myself and my fiance, and now my realtors when you suffer from anxiety, PTSD, and depression and you have take the steps to heal and this happens the wounds rip right back open and now because again Larry lied I am not wanting to be treated like this again and lied to creating more stress and seeing the ugly in people. I hope everyone understands im writing from a standpoint of pwople need to realize their actions hurt people and understand these are consequences to those actions. Sorry i live off disability and could only afford the 165k which is asking price and never got the chance to negotiate, As a small reminder and gave his word, "They Accepted" so Larry now do you actually have the courage to be truthful on this because last night he did say Sorry lol, but didn't want to even face what he did so if i can get 30 people to go to my realtor and he gets amazing sales i will t Recruit, please pass this on to media anyone empathy and truth and your word is not to much to ask

Had a great experience with larry , sold my home and found me a new one . He is the go to realtor!!!
