  • Larry listed, but didn't sell, my home
    • Good Communicator

Larry seemed to be very familiar with the neighborhood- we felt confident that he would be successful in helping us to sell our home. He took pictures of the home to list on the fliers and website. The pics were blurry, poor lighting, not of the entire room, his finger was in several of them. When I mentioned his finger was in them and my concern of the quality, my concerns were dismissed. Our house was on the market for a number of months with nary a showing. We asked to do showings on different days, Larry was fast to tell us that is a waste of time. Due to the time of year (Thanksgiving and Christmas) interest would be at a lull. This was understood. When there was an interested person in the house just before Christmas, we were excited. As usual, we vacated the home (it was on football sunday so we went to Hooligans in Webster) during the time of the showing. We had security cams throughout our house- I received notification of movement in the dining room. I was quite excited to think someone was at the house and we could finally sell it. I opened the app on my phone to check and see who arrived. It was a woman, alone--- After just a few short minutes of watching I quickly realized it was not a woman interested in our home, she was interested in Larry. He embraced her with a rather long and intimate hug- she spent about 35 minutes in our home, cozy and cuddling on our couch- it was obviously stated in the audio that this woman was not a client-or family to Larry. He used this time to 'show' our house to meet up with a lady friend. Now I am being nice about the details here- We called him when she left, asked him to stay at the house until we got there. My husband confronted Larry about what we saw. Larry was apologetic but who wouldn't be? He betrayed our trust to say the least and we asked him to resign from the remaining term of our contract. Would I recommend Larry to anyone else? No.
