When Larry says to Call Larry and start packing he means it. Our house was listed on the internet on a Wednesday afternoon and it was shown that same evening at 6:00. By Friday afternoon we had our first offer and after more showings over the weekend we had two good offers to choose from. The actual buyer ended up being our first 6:00 showing. Escrow closed in thirty days without any problems. Larry was so organized and professional. He also takes wonderful pictures, which we believe helped sell our house so fast. Larry rang my doorbell and asked if I wanted to sell my home. I told him not now but to "check with me later". These were the smartest words I ever said to anyone.. He did follow up with me. One of his greatest skills is "Listening". One of his clients made an off-hand thought out loud. 'I WISH WE COULD FIND A VIEW HOME IN CHINO HILLS". Larry remembered me. Our experience with Mr. Larry Hodel, Real Estate Agent was terrific. If there was one theme to working with Larry, it was that he never tried to commandeer the process. The whole time we felt it was our search. He answered all our questions. He allowed us to work at our own pace. He allowed us to form our own opinions about the houses. He taught us about the houses.
