It was my sister's home until she died in 2018. The home interior had not been maintained for decades and was a dusty time capsule of the 1950s. With Larry's good advice we decided to stage the home by stripping it bare. Larry was a huge help in arranging for things like dumpsters and temporary workers to help. His correct analysis of the potential market for the house, based on either being a tear down candidate for contractors or a renovation project for private buyers, helped us stage it for both possibilities. At the end he generated a bidding contest that brought a very good sale price. Larry is a professional in every regard, and I highly recommend him.
