He was rude and dismissive.
- Lawrence never responded to my request
Rented a house from him with major mold problems which affected my wifes health dramatically. He said it was because we had to crank up the heat but you shouldn't have to heat in summer. He charged us for mold clean up from our deposit. He even showed up unannounced and removed all our storm windows saying he was going to paint and never painted and i had to put storm windows in garage because he never came back. We should have sued him but we didn't understand the dangers of mold at the time.
