Larry was awesome to work with. I moved 3 states away and had to do everything remotely and he made the process so easy. He remained positive despite many hurdles and never let me worry about anything. 10/10 would recommend 100% of the time.

Worked really hard to make a deal that could have fallen apart due to buyer issues. Willingness to work with a property manager whom was very difficult to work with and complete the sale.

Larry was great! Very passionate and knowledgeable about his job. He goes above and beyond to get things done. My home was listed the end of August and sold the end of October. Larry also helped me buy my condo in which it closed almost simultaneously. You won't find a better realtor then Larry and I highly recommend him for your realtor.

We had listed our rental property with Larry a few years back and he was extremely helpful. We had limited resources and time and needed some work done on the Condo. Larry stepped right in and handled all of the contractors to perform the work, then sold the property quickly. We were so impressed with him, that when it was time to sell our home, it was an easy decision to go with him again. We met and discussed his plan for marketing our home. He felt that we needed to raise our price, that his strategy will work and he will sell the home quickly. We listed on a Wednesday and had a showing later that afternoon, and a written offer by that evening. Sold it in one day!

Larry did a fantastic job for us. We are a remote client and don't live in the area. We spent a weekend in Cleveland to manage our property and met with two other agents. Both seemed good at first but we also received a referral to Larry from someone in our building. I was hesitant to pick him since we never met him, but he won me over with his hunger and aggressiveness. He gets things done. I hate having to manage an agent. I want them to work for me, get things done for me, and make my life easier. Larry did exactly that. He sold our unit on its first day on the market. Issues that came up during the process of the sale were handled by Larry quickly and efficiently. He provided options and scenarios to help me make decisions. Larry was exceptional. We purchased our home in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic where the banks and mortgage lenders were both incompetent and overwhelmed. Larry helped me with a very difficult sale. My property was a rental for many years and was pretty beat up. Larry recommended a very reasonable contractor to fix multiple issues inside the home. This advise made all the difference and the home sold for a price that I did not think we could get to in it's original condition. I approached Larry based on the reviews on zillow for selling my investment property in South Euclid area. Larry helped me sell this house in 40 days and above list price. He took professional pictures and advertised the home very diligently. His follow through was very impressive - through negotiating with buyer, contingencies, inspections and closing. My contract fell through twice with another realtor , and Larry stepped in and closed the house. This allowed me to plan my 1031 exchange in time. I would recommend Larry for investment properties or for primary residence. He is truly a "professional" and has your best interest in mind. We really enjoyed working with Larry when we bought our home, but we were especially grateful for him when we went to sell it. As first time home sellers, he did a great job walking us through the process, explaining all of the parts of the offer and paperwork. We felt like his approach to negotiations was fair and straightforward, which really fit what we wanted. We ran into a tough situation - we moved a week before our walk through and our home flooded after we had left. He spent an inordinate amount of time with us, helping us figure out what we needed to do logistically, and helped us get contractors out to the house and legal counsel throughout the process. Since we were uneasy not being there and seeing the work, he even stopped by the house for us the day before our final walk through to check on everything for us. We wish we he could have moved with us to our new city so we work with him again at our next move!
