Laura is a womean without compassion. She was the real estate person for the people we bought our condo from. All the money was in as it was a cash deal. There was a paper work hold up. We had put down $12000, but the title was not released because of our condo management company did not finish the paper work. On Friday the mover there, but she would not come over with the key to let them unload the truck. It was Good Friday and we did not want put off the truck for the weekend. She would not budge on this. I even offered to pay rent for the few days, and she would not even try to help. At this point we had an active insurance policy on the house. We know that the owners in Canada would have allowed us to put our stuff in the condo. The truck had to be sent back.nMonday this women would not budge on the key even after the money was wired. She wanted proof it was there. Even the title companies were wondering what was wrong with this Lady. Monday we had to send the truck away again .She came after the truck had to leave on Monday and brought the key. Had she arrived an hour earlier, it would have helped. Now all our things had to go into storage. She is what we expected and not a very nice person. Our mover has never experienced anything like this is all the years of moving people. Our neighbors could not believe what happened to us. My real estate person, Joe Sasso, a person of great character and compassion, texted her the below statement. She gave him lots of grief about what he was trying to do to help us. I would not want anyone to use this person for any reason. She is not compassionate and I do not believe she even cares about people. She just is interested about her narrow view of herself. Joes text. Tom just sent me they're moving bill it went from 500 to 3300. Plus they had to buy clothes for Easter and get medication that was on the truck. I just don't understand how we could not accommodate these people at least have gotten the furniture in there for them. All the money was there everyone signed and there was nothing at that point I could put prevent us from closing. just a timing issue over a few days. I can see if there was an issue with a mortgage or something that could really be a problem. But this was a cash deal and everyone had made the deposits.I know you were following procedure. Blah blah blah. But this really breaks my heart that's a lot of money for these people. Anyway take care from my iPhone I Finally, the extra cost and the stress that this woman caused us was totally unnecessary. At a time we were so happy to be moving, all happiness was taken away by a woman who did not even meet the wishes of her client who told us personally .it would be fine with her if we moved the furniture in. Whàt a poor representative for this company. I could not find a way to send this her supervisor or boss. Tom Muench
