Bill sold our house for full price on the first showing! He did a great job pricing our home and instructing us on what improvements to make to maximize our sale. He showed his knowledge of Naperville and our neighborhood as he walked us through the comps and suggested a price higher than we expected. After he had a professional stager walk our house they made recommendations on improvements and supplied affordable vendors to make those improvements. After one showing we had a full price offer and a few other offers after that first weekend. We sold to that first full price offer and then Bill handled the rest of the close process without any headache from us. Full price sale on day 1 of being on the market earns 5 stars from us!
