We partnered with Laura to find a rental home when we were relocating (quickly) to the area and then again when we were ready to purchase our current home. Laura was professional in every way on both transactions and went above and beyond at every turn. From ensuring that every detail was covered to making sure our family was able to easily settle into a new environment and feel at home in the community. She is an excellent negotiator and always had our best interest in mind. She was honest and direct along the way. Laura is very connected throughout the community and was easily able to get questions answered and ensure quick closure to our questions. She also ensured a smooth and quick closing process when we finally found our dream home. On a scale of 1-10, Laura's a 12...hand's down. Period. She knows the real estate market better than anyone, possesses a tireless work ethic, & has a fantastic personality to top it off. **** Laura leverages her extensive, prior career in financial markets, coupled with her "contractor-like" understanding of costs involved in small & large scale renovations, to generate a massive "value ADD" to her clients. Any real estate agent can talk qualitatively about a house, but very few (i.e., Laura!) can analyze it like a forensic scientist, while simultaneously factoring in BOTH a) housing market trends and, most importantly, b) her client's best interests / desires.Again...she's a 12 out of 10!!

Simply the Best. We had an AMAZING experience working with Laura Carroll. From our first phone call, all the way through to closing, Laura was a trusted ally and partner by our side every step of the way. As first-time buyers, we naturally had a lot of questions, with many components to the process we knew nothing about. Laura was able to quickly understand our wants and needs (even though we weren't able to fully articulate them ourselves) and educate us along the way. When discussing each house, in a search that spanned many different towns, we were always on the same page, and there was never any pressure to go one direction or another. She helped us navigate each house individually - using her expansive knowledge of the market, she guided us to see the full potential and value in each house and how it could work for our needs in both the short and long run. Laura was always available to us whenever we needed her, whether it was a quick text back or scheduling a home tour. This was especially important as a prospective home buyer during the peak COVID period, as speed and decisiveness was paramount in the highly competitive marketplace. Lauras work did not end when our offer was ultimately accepted. When complications arose with the contract, inspection, and final walk through, Laura was equally as involved, bringing forward solutions to resolve the issues. Her ties to the community helped tremendously, with the ability to bring in professional opinions/quotes promptly. She was constantly in touch, following up making sure everything was working out. She still checks in with us to see the updates we have made, and is genuinely excited and happy to see her clients happy. We have and will continue to recommend Laura to anyone asking for an agent to work with.

Laura went above and beyond. Our experience with her was amazing. I was pregnant with my 4th child and she was mindful of my family and keeping disruptions to our lives to a minimum while maximizing time to show the properties. She was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process and treated the sale of our home the same way she would a multi-million dollar home.
