Laura's extremely down to earth personality, but ambitious attitude was what we liked about her! Laura worked with us for several months viewing numerous houses before we finally found the perfect house that matched our needs as a family. She is very knowledgeable of the Ocean County area and was able to zero in on what we were looking for in a house. Laura also listed our house and put together a very professional listing by targeting certain areas through Facebook and adding high tech marketing strategies with a virtual walk though. Laura Dentroux went above and beyond for my family!!! When we began working with Laura, my fianc and I had an infant, two dogs, undesirable credit, and a very serious deadline. Laura was committed to our team, positive and encouraging. Her vast knowledge of Ocean County, foreclosures, short sales, and FHA loan requirements created a quick and thorough pace. I am a resident of Florida who decided to sell the home in New Jersey that I have owned for 31 years. I interviewed several real estate agents since I had listed the home several years prior and the agent I chose was a disappointment and the experience was unpleasant. Upon meeting Laura she was very pleasant and extremely motivated but she listened to all my concerns regarding selling the home where I raised my family. Another concern was the distance between myself and the property with the restrictions placed upon my travel to N.J. due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Laura was willing to go above and beyond her responsibility of my agent to coordinate and oversee every aspect that would normally be done by the homeowner. Laura was always available whenever I called or texted her. She communicated every aspect of the selling process to me so I felt 100% informed even though I was not present. Laura held an open house personally the first weekend the home was listed. This resulted with an offer being made above the listing price. Unfortunately these buyers withdrew their offer because of financing problems. This cost me three weeks of Laura being able to show the property. When this deal fell through Laura immediately had another open house and a couple of weeks later the now owners of that property made an offer also above listing price. Besides the offer that I accepted there were other buyers who made competing offers on the property. Laura and I spent a lot of time discussing which offer was best for me. Her experience with the different types of financing assisted me with making my decision on which offer to accept. I will always be grateful for Laura's professionalism, common sense, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond that made this experience extremely rewarding.
