Laura helped me purchase an investment property in June. As an out-of-town investor, I needed an experienced real estate agent with in-depth local knowledge in the Sacramento/Placer county area to assist me with the transaction. After analyzing the background info of about a dozen top real estate agents in the region, I've decided to work with Laura. It turns out that was an excellent decision! Laura has a strong track record in the area and is a mentor to the junior agents in her office. She is knowledgeable and very professional in the trade. She took her time to understand my sophisticated requirements and was able to help accurately pre-screen the available listings to a short list of candidates for me to review and study before each house hunting trip. That's a huge time-saver for me! Laura is honest. She was never shy from pointing out potential issues of a property, even if that means more work for her. She is hardworking. She went great lengths to ensure all things were done correctly and in a timely manner. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls. Laura is also the key to a local network of excellent inspectors and property managers to provide insightful and unbiased opinions during the transaction. I highly recommend Laura and will partner with her again in my next real estate transaction in the area.

LOVED working with Laura! She was so easy going and informative throughout the whole selling process of my home. I thought dealing with my ex husband was going to be a challenge because we were in the middle of our divorce and he is just a very difficult person overall but she did it beautifully and got him to cooperate every step of the way. Laura is absolutely fantastic at communicating. We had a couple hang ups here and there with the buyers agency but she took care of it in a timely manner. I was very eager to sell my home asap as I was paying the whole mortgage payment although my ex resided in the residence due to the fact that the home loan was solely under my name. Laura gave it her all and did her absolute best to get the home sold as soon as she could. 5 stars is not enough for the service she provided!

I just have to start off with 4 words to describe Laura....THE BEST REALTOR EVER!!!! At first, I was referred to another realtor who never contacted me back....thank god or else I wouldn't have found Laura. I was referred to her by a friend and from the get go, she was professional, knowledgeable, and focused. She didn't waste any time and directed me of what I needed to do with clarity and precision. She was on point and always contacted me with updates and what we needed to do in order to close our deal. I have to say she was extremely aggressive with the bank and always had my interest in mind. Her communications skills are awesome and I never once was confused or didn't understand what was going on. She explained everything in clear detail and followed through with everything that needed to be done!! She was on top of every detail and followed through on every promise she made. Laura is extremely organized, polite, respectful, always accessible (even on holiday) and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my home. Besides being a top notch realtor, she took the time to get to know me personally and treated me with the up most respect. She values personal relationship and attention to her clients. She even came to my signing to makes sure nothing went wrong and was there for moral support! Over these past months, we've become friends and is concerned about me a person. She doesn't see me as just another client. Laura is the best! We relocated to another area before putting our house on the market and Laura handled everything. She's very knowledgeable and works well with everyone.
