Laura was not only highly knowledgeable of the West Chester area (where we were looking to buy) but was tenacious when it came to negotiating and very flexible when it came to supporting our individual needs/requests. One of the ways in which Laura has differentiated herself has been her recommendations of others who have helped us to complete our new home needs (inspector, mortgage consultant, painters, maids, etc).
