Being a real estate agent combines my two loves: working with people one-on-one and real property. When I purchased my own home, it seemed like a paperwork whirlwind! If it were not for my trusted agent to talk me through the process, I would have panicked! I am determined to educate my clients on every step of the buying or selling process. This is a VERY big event in most people’s lives, and worthy of time, patience and explanation! I work with both Buyers and Sellers. I MUST work with both in order to service each need properly. If I don’t work with Buyers, then how can I best educate my Sellers on how to prepare their homes for the quickest possible sale, according to what today’s Buyers are looking for?
