I am pleased to give this referral and review of Laura Commons of Keller Williams Realty. Laura was highly recommended by an online referral service. She was friendly and helpful from the very beginning. My fianc and I met with her at my newly paid off house which will go on the market in the near future. We both were impressed by Laura and easily agreed to have her act as our buyers agent. She recommended that I first get pre-approved for a new mortgage before beginning to look for a new home. I had a misunderstanding with a loan officer at a local bank. Laura called the officer on a holiday weekend and the officer quickly got in touch with me with information about completing an online application. Eventually our new home purchase was funded by that local bank. While neither my fianc or I currently work as I am retired and she is disabled, we do have busy schedules with volunteer work at our church. Also we were involved planning our wedding during the same time that we began looking at the homes Laura identified for us to view. She showed us homes on several Sunday afternoons and on Monday and she was happy to work with us when we were available. In time we found a newly constructed house we wished to purchase. Laura completed our formal offer and asked for the builder to provide several finishing touches that I probably would not have thought to ask for. She assisted with hiring an inspector and was with us when we did our own walk through inspection. In summary my wife and I were married on a Friday evening and one week later Laura was with us as we signed the closing documents on our new home. Right now my former home is occupied by the new pastor of our church while the church parsonage is renovated. As soon as the pastor couple vacates and we empty the house, Laura Commons will serve as our sellers agent. I have every confidence in her ability to move the property.

I truly cannot fathom a better realtor than Laura Commons. Buying, selling, or leasing property has the potential to be extremely stressful and intimidating, but with her all of my experiences in realty have been remarkably enjoyable. Laura made me feel at ease with the entire process because I truly trusted that she had my absolute best interest at heart.
