I was raised and educated in New England, so I have the outsider's perspective of what makes Lafayette and West Lafayette so great. But I have lived in West Lafayette, my husband's hometown, since 2006 and together we have made a home for ourselves in which to raise our three daughters and our dog. I love living in this diverse college town--Go Boilers! The schools are great. There always seems to be a sporting event to attend or a show to take in. Even though it is a metropolitan area, it still has the small town feel. I am a cheerleader for this area and love educating those moving here about what makes Lafayette and West Lafayette so great.
