We couldn't say enough great things about the home buying process with Lauren Bicknell. We had 30 days to buy a MO house and sell our home in Texas! Being pregnant and starting a new job was super stressful on us. She was perfect for the challenge. We flew in for a weekend and she took us on an 18 house hunting spree on Saturday and Sunday!! Anything we wanted to see she made happen with little to no notice (we were in the air port and she was adding houses we wanted). She was sure to stay in our budget and really was in tune with what we we looking for. Ultimately she knew better than we did. She took all the stress off of us!This was the same throughout the buying process. Lauren handled everything from painters coming, to HVAC getting tested to questions about paperwork details. We couldn't be happier with the choice of realtor and the choice of such a great person to take care of us!! Sara and I couldn't stop talking about how lucky we were to have found her. Moving out of state is stressful, especially on a time crunch. Lauren got the job done perfectly!!
