Lauren helped my family and I to find the current house we are in. She went above an beyond to find us the perfect home. She showed us several homes and even was able to look at one before we arrived to the home and advised that this is not one that we would want to be in. When we found the home we wanted she put in the paperwork imediatly for the home. She heard back the next day that there was already an application on the home. She was able to still talk to the realtor for the home and was able to get us into the home that we wanted to be in. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is very personable to work with as a realtor. Lauren used her knowledge and experience to assist us in finding the "right" home for my family. I cant imagine buying a house without Lauren Ingle. I had absolutely nothing to worry about during the process since she took care of everything. She is very aggressive and literally works day and night to make sure everything is happening on time.She made it a point to go out of her way for me---I really couldn't ask for more. Lauren was patient with me as requirements changed. I know it had to be frustrating, but she never let it show and I really appreciated that. For example, I started out looking for houses on land, then changed to houses in town. Then a friend decided she was interested in going in with me on a house and that changed both the price range and land requirements. My friend then backed out and we were back to the original set of requirements. As I said, her patience is a tremendous virtue!
