As an experienced homebuyer, my expectations for real estate transactions, and the person representing me, are very high. Lauren Kermani far exceeded them during my recent relocation. Being new to Atlanta, I had to rely heavily on her knowledge of the area and her ability to understand our needs. Not only was she flexible with her time, but she was very thorough to help maximize our one weekend to search for a home. She immediately tapped into our personalities and helped us find our wonderful home, knowing that the community would be a perfect match for us. Then she worked very hard to facilitate the transaction and keenly employed technology to communicate with us. Lauren is a wonderful person who gives a lot of herself to her clients, with many personal touches. So not only did we find a new home in a new town, but a new friend too!
