Any time she got an answer back to me, she double checked that I understood the explanation and context. Additionally, being a first time home buyer, I was honestly expecting buying a house to be a beating. And if I'm honest, it felt like a breeze. I think Lauren had 99% to do with that, with her communicative style (checking in multiple times a day on key days or just calling at time pressing moments), inquisitive nature to get the right answers, and attentive nature of checking on and managing my comfort and anxieties. Lauren also made the process fun and celebrated milestones with me, that excitement was infectious and just made the overall realization of my first home purchase a positive and affirming experience. I will be recommending Lauren to anyone I know looking for a home in the DFW area.
