She made my purchase experience very satisfying because she listened to my wants/needs and then diligently worked to fulfill them. My new property attests to her commitment and I thank her for it. Lauren and Gerald went absolutely above and beyond to help us find our house. The market right now is (obviously) absolutely nuts, and they both were phenomenal about setting our expectations reasonably, helping us understand the process, and checking in with us every step of the way. Just a few of the things they did that stand out:- At one house we looked at, both Lauren and Gerald both pointed out structural and foundational issues that we would have missed.- They helped us through a very lengthy probate/court process for our house and were extremely responsive and helpful even after we got the house and were waiting for the court to finish paperwork.- They answered (even our most annoying or naive) emails and calls immediately--even while on vacation at one point!!- They took us to a bunch of listings and sent over everything we needed for Covid protections super quickly and efficiently.- They helped make our offer as attractive as possible and walked us through what everything meant and how it might affect us.- Even after we moved in, they have followed up with us to make sure everything in the house is working and going smoothly.- Lauren knew what kind of trees are protected in CA to warn us about if they were dying on a property, since those are harder to remove.Honestly, they're also just the kindest, nicest people to work with! I cannot possibly recommend them enough! They are absolutely the reason we have a house now.

Lauren was a complete pleasure to work with. We were in an already stressful situation when we reached out to her - living in a hotel due to a flooded condo, doing renovations on that condo, found out we were pregnant with twins and thus had to sell that condo and find a new home. Lauren was somehow able to turn that stressful situation into a pleasurable experience that resulted in us selling our condo for above what we thought we could get and scoring us an incredible deal on the new home we purchased. From start to finish she was there for us, answering all our legitimate and sometimes crazy questions with patience and actionable information. We were paired with Lauren when she reached out about a property we'd requested information about via Zillow -- and she was so immediately impressive with her preparation and knowledge of the process that we felt lucky we'd been matched together and quickly asked her to be our broker for the rest of our house hunting process. Once we did start looking for houses, Lauren was a consummate professional throughout. We really felt like we were in good hands at showings, and like Lauren quickly dialed in on our taste and needs. Her daily emails of properties we might be interested in were spot-on, and often beat us to the punch on listings we hadn't yet found ourselves. With the market being as fast-moving as it is right now, I really appreciated that in all our time working with Lauren we never felt like Lauren was pushing us to make a deal if she didn't also think it was the right fit for us. And when we did offer on something, Lauren was really great at helping us price out properties, and make offers that felt aggressive but never overpriced for what we were looking at. I don't think we could have found our dream home if it weren't for Lauren and the Kinkade Group.
