Lauren is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable about the area/trends, patient, and will give you all the information you need. I could not recommended her more highly.

Lauren has been our realtor for years because that's how long we took to finally buy and sell with her. Not once did we ever feel any pressure from her to hurry up and settle for something that wasn't right for us. She is beyond patient and is excellent at getting back to you promptly with questions or requests to see a home. She helped us to close on our new home within 15 days due to her awesome broker referral and she was with us every step of the way- even signing at title! She also helped us to sell our home and it went pending in 3 days over asking! We were worried about it appraising and she made sure to meet the appraiser and personally handed him a list of all of our upgrades and we actually made appraisal! That is just one of the many examples of how Lauren knows her job well and goes above and beyond for you. She also gives the best closing gifts! We have referred Lauren to friends and family and everyone speaks highly of her because she takes working for her clients seriously. Lauren is our realtor for life and we plan on selling again with her when we're ready in 20 years :)

Moving from Merced to Lincoln we totally "lucked out" with Lauren. Not knowing any Realtors in the area, we found her via Yelp and we were so lucky that we did. 6 Stars! Lauren was the first realtor we sat down with when we decided to buy our 1st home and settle down in the Sacramento area. We found her thanks to the previous client reviews left on yelp. This is not an easy market and Lauren won't sugarcoat it for you. She is honest and informative. She takes the time to listen to your wants. During house tours she points out things you don't think about or notice yourself- condensation between window panes, stains on the ceiling, etc. She was patient and available sometimes within a few hours. We found a house (ended up becoming our house) around 11:30 on a Wed. Lauren had us in the house for a tour before 1pm and drafted our offer that night. We can literally say without her we wouldn't have been able to buy our first house. But her job doesn't stop there. She coordinated and was present for all the inspections and was with us when we signed all the documents at the title office. Which is another thing- we heard how daunting the title signing was, but Lauren took the time beforehand to go over what the forms were and explain what they entailed, so when the time came, it seemed like a piece of cake. I first started working with Lauren to purchase my home in Folsom. Lauren was so patient as she escorted us on many home tours looking for the "perfect" home for us. We asked lots of questions and she provided detailed, thoughtful answers. After we finally found our home, I enlisted Lauren's services again to purchase an investment property. She used her knowledge of the area, prices, comps and area growth to help find a profitable property. I really value Lauren's opinion and her experience. I think her greatest skill is she listens to what her client wants. She makes note of the little things and uses those observations to help exceed her clients needs. Buying and selling homes can be tedious and difficult but Lauren makes the experience as painless as possible. She is by far the best agent I have worked with and I look forward to working with her again.

Lauren is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. She's knowledgeable, professional, organized and an extremly hard worker. She's patient and takes the time to explain each step of the process to make sure you find a home you love. Lauren helped me sell one home and then buy another and I couldn't have been happier with either transaction.
