I am originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, however, I’ve lived in Charlotte since 1997, so one might say I’ve grown up here! :) That being said, it’s been pretty amazing to watch Charlotte change & grow - so much! - over the past 20+ years and I love being able to share my excitement, love & knowledge for all things Queen City with my clients.
I spent my 20’s sharing my passion for a healthy, active lifestyle as a personal trainer + yoga instructor. While health & fitness will always be an important part of my life, as a 30-something, I was seeking something new & challenging, professionally.
