She provided recommendations on how to get the house ready for the sale; i.e what items to update or repair and what was needed for staging the house. We are so extremely grateful to have Lauren through our home buying process! We spoke to multiple agents and just never found that connection until we finally met her. She specializes in foothill and mountain property which was extremely important to us considering we are first time home buyers.
