My fianc & I worked with Lauren Williams for about a month and she was absolutely spectacular. We were lucky enough to purchase a home within a month and Lauren was there every step of the way (sending us leads on upcoming home listings, being incredibly flexible with private showings, offering the best tactics for negotiating and staying on top of the whole process once we purchased a home). Lauren is who you want by your side whether you are buying or selling. Shes a rising star in realty!

Lauren was an absolute asset on this search. She personified someone who was representing my best interests as a buyer. She was very responsive with our queries over the weekend, and very prepared with handling the sellers agent and coordinated well with all the different parties that are part of any real estate transaction.

Lauren works above and beyond expectations. While we were away on vacation during the polar vortex, she went to our home that was empty, bumped up the heat and turn off the water. All so that the pipes wouldn't freeze. She went back a few days later and bumped the heat down and turned back on the water.
