Laurence Lee and Familee Realty provided excellent leasing agent services for our duplex in Oakland Fruitvale. Laurence was media savvy, professional, personable and respectful with all parties. He was prompt and responsive in all communications and more than earned his very reasonable fee, plus a 10% tip.

When we set out to buy our first home this January, we had no idea we would be doing so in the midst of a pandemic. Although we had strict criteria to find a house in a specific area, we quickly learned we would have to expand our search to get more for our dollar. Throughout this process, Laurence was patient and guided us. He listened to what we wanted, what we needed, what we would compromise on then went above and beyond our expectations. There were times he would return calls in the evening or on weekends, answer what we know were the same questions (over and over) and offered valuable advice. He also reassured us as we moved into escrow at the same time the Bay Area was ordered to "shelter in place", which was unsettling from so many perspectives and helped us select the perfect home just for us. The day we moved in, we came home. It's our sanctuary and a great reflection of who we are. Thanks Laurence!

His loyalty and genuine good heart is eminent when you first meet him.After explaining my situation, what I was looking for, and my property information, he came to the meeting well-prepared and provided great insight to my local area and gave me a clear outline for how he would go about marketing my property to sell. He went above and beyond my expectations and even though my initial transaction with him wasn't a huge deal, I truly felt as if I was a multi-million dollar client.His level of communication was great and he was sure to keep me in the loop throughout the process. Work ethic and overall IQ is unmatched between his counterparts. Laurence actually helped me find a place to lease. I wanted to move closer to work but didn't have time to look (because of work). He saved me a ton of time by finding some great options for me based on my needs/wants. It worked out great. He pretty much did everything for me except move my stuff! Haha. Although he probably would have if I asked him since he's such a nice guy! When I'm ready to buy a place next year I'm definitely going to use him again. Thanks, Laurence! Easily a 10/10!
