Larry handled everything!!! From the moment we agreed to list with Larry to the day we had settlement, Larry was on top of all the details. Larry, what a wild ride! I must say without a doubt, I wasnt looking forward to the process of selling my house as a short sale. The first realtor, couldnt put anything together and I felt I would have to stay in the house forever. Then you called and after we met, I could tell things were going to be different. You hit the ground running and within about 30 days you got me a full price offer. Of course the bank didnt think the price was high enough and I thought, oh no, here we go again.
