From the get go I knew I was in good hands with Krystle and Laurent. They were there for me all the way during and after the sale of my home. They waisted no time at all ! They listed my home at 3785 Boise Ave in Mar Vista the last week of September, the next day they brought in four prospective buyers with four offers! The house was sold the first week of October! They have demonstrated honesty, loyalty, professionalism, resourcefulness and creativity in the entire pre sale and sale process, and helped me tremendously. And I am very grateful for the service they provided. I started interviewing listing agents before the construction and remodeling of my house even finished. Unlike other real agents, Krystle and Laurent are willing to wait for months and involve in the last phase of construction, and provide feedback and resource to solve any obstacles I had. They always put my interest first, for example they brought me an off market offer I did not accept, they kept waiting and working on putting the house on sale on the public market. Whenever I had any feedback on their service, they are willing to listen and adjust. The sale of my house was an extremely difficult process. Because I had multiple issues with the construction crews, we almost got into situations of eviction and litigation. We have to cancel our first open house due to those issues. Krystle and Laurent are very calm and capable of handling crisis and damage control under high pressure situations. They are also always there for me , providing positivity, and other legal/staging/construction resource from themselves and their agency. Getting offers and negotiation during the sale is another example Krystle and Laurent demonstrated their expertise and capability as real estate agents, as well as supportive advisors and friends to their clients. The house was not 100% finished when I put it on the market, Krystle and Laurent are always very confident and market it relentlessly. We got an offer about 20 days on market and closed in the next 11 days. It involves a lot of negotiations with buyers agent to close on the price gap. Although it is an extremely demanding closing schedule given the multiple issues with my house, Krystle and Laurent provided excellent escrow and title teams, and worked relentlessly with buyers agent on every detail and every timeline. At the same time they also spent time, money and a lot of legwork to help me to wrap up the house. The house was closed and sold right on schedule. Krystle and Laurent spent almost five months with me for the entire process. They never give up and always give their 100% support. They are real estate agents that are hard working, honest , capable and investing in long term client relationship. I am looking forward to keep doing business with them and am highly recommending them to my friends and family.

Since I did not know the Harcourts auction process, I gave them very little time to sell my home. I was afraid of losing the peak market window. And we had already had delays due to interior updates. Well an amazing number of people viewed the property. They called and talked to every person they could for feedback, and in about 2 weeks we had the buyers who loved the house. It was an excellent sale contract and they stayed on top of the process never missing an item.We generated an excellent friends relationship, Krystle and Laurent are just real, great, caring and engaging people. I could not have asked for better realtors. And now fell like life long friends. Maybe unusually they allowed me to culture a relationship with the buyer. It has been a very positive thing and I am hand holding them on details they are working with. Wont work in most cases but they saw that we all would get along. A very special good decision.
