Now that we have officially sold our old house and bought & moved into our new house, we wanted to take a moment to thank our amazing realtor and friend, Laurie DiEnno! She ROCKED it! While Laurie & I go all the way back to kindergarten, we didnt decide to have her represent us simply because of that - we also looked into her work background and realized that not only has she been Listing Agent of the Year multiple times at her office, but she is also known as the Contingency Queen. We know that she really went out of her way for us partially because of our friendship (she helped clean our house prior to listing it - bleaching the caulking in the shower, for crying out loud), but also because she is the epitome of professionalism & knows her job (we had 3 offers on our house within 72 hours of listing it!)! She answered every question we had, met with us on our schedule, kept us updated every step of the way and made this stressful time actually fun! Im so glad we worked together, but Im even more happy to reconnect with this amazing, talented, smart, beautiful, funny, wise woman! While I am so thankful to call her our real estate agent, I am even more honored to call her my friend! We love you, Laurie

I used Laurie Dienno to purchase my new condo. I have known Laurie for 10 years and I always tell people if you need a trustworthy, knowledgeable salesperson, she's the one you want to hire. This was not an easy process due to some difficulties with a mortgage company I selected (a review for another time). I really needed this particular condo and I was getting very discouraged and super stressed due to our short timeline. Laurie went to work and found someone at a different mortgage company who could get this done for us.
