This February I bought my first home in Baltimore. Working with Laurie to find the right home for me made the home-buying experience much less stressful - she walked me through all the processes and what to expect. We saw probably over 20 town homes and some several times. Each time, Laurie was patient and engaged, and gave honest, non-intrusive feedback that helped me figure out what was best. Laurie always responded quickly, and she and her team were always pleasant to work with. The seller of the house I eventually bought was not the easiest to communicate with and was somewhat stubborn about negotiating offers, but having Laurie on my team helped me reach an agreement with them. We absolutely LOVED working with Laurie! When we read her bio on Zillow, we were excited to work with her! She is a retired midwife and has many years of real estate experience! During our home buying process, I was 8.5 months pregnant and we were looking to purchase a house before the baby was born. Laurie took on this challenging deadline with so much grace. She never rushed us but was always realistic about timelines and offers. She is very detailed oriented and helped us determine exactly what to ask for in offers to the seller. She is also incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail as many times as we needed as we were first time home buyers. Laurie is super responsive! Laurie was very helpful in my process of buying my first home. She showed me the home I was interested in looking at. She also shared listings with me in the area in which I was interested. She knew a lot about the area. She did a great job communicating with the sellers and helped me close on my first home quickly. Her communication with me was quick and detailed. First time home seller, every step of the way was crystal clear and precise. Any concern I had, Laurie had a solution that was reasonable and more importantly she reinforced of why it should be done.
