Looked at, oh I don't know, 25 homes with Laurie over the summer in the Oak Park area. First obvious characteristic of hers - patience! Cool, accommodating, on-time (if not early), knowledgeable. And ALWAYS follows-up on what she says she is going to do. We had a fabulous experience with Laurie. She is a natural at her job, with a strong eye for detail. She takes the edge off the home-buying process, a stress-reducer. We finally closed on a home with her in August, and all I can say is there is no one better at real estate sales. FIVE-STAR!!

Laurie is so patient! We were not sure when or where we wanted to be and she asked all the right questions and gave us lots of space and tools to explore what we would love! My husband and I have worked with Laurie on three different occasions and can't speak highly enough of her! We feel she has gone above and beyond for us each time. As first time home buyers, she helped us find our condo in Chicago. She was very diligent in making sure we understood the process and what was involved. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable and she never pushes her opinion on you. We appreciated her advice every time it was given. She even held an open house to try and get some interest. We've used her recommendations for legal help, the appraisal process, contract work, and more, Everyone is extremely professional and went above and beyond our expectations. Laurie's sense of urgency and timely communication always impressed us. We often communicated in several different ways (phone, email, text), and she always got back to us right away.
