Lavada was originally part of our Property Management team when we were renting our home. She was wonderful to work with during that process so there was no question as to whom we would list our house with when we decided to put our home on the market. Not only does she go above and beyond a realtors duties, but she listens, understands and cares about the best for her clients. If we could, we would use Lavada every time for our housing needs. As were are no longer residing in Florida, Lavada made everything as smooth as possible. We could not have sold the property without her help considering our distance/unavailability.
