We had a low budget with high budget needs. Larry helped us check all of our boxes without breaking the bank. We never imagined we would be able to get a home large enough for our 3 kids to have their own rooms or stay in our school zone. Larry found us THE house and got it for less than it appraises for! He drove all over to different areas at times that fit our ever changing, very full schedule. We were very interested in another home that was being sold and Larry noticed things we never would have and helped us avoid losing money and time. Plus, he helped us with inspections and even gave us a very wonderful housewarming gift that will help us make our new home our own! Thank you, Larry! We really appreciate you!!!!

Larry doesn't sleep. He lives, breathes and bleeds real estate. My wife and I would go to bed with several listings to check out the next day and wake up with that many more. He'd find houses for sale during a time with low inventory and high demand. He also recommended a great lender, escrow/title company, inspector etc etc.. Everyone has or knows someone in real estate, Larry is better than your guy (or gal). In the process, we've also made great friends with Larry and his wife! No, Larry didn't pay me to say this, I think I paid him actually? (you owe me a beer Larry)

Larry did a great job helping me find a home. He was always available when i had questions. Never did i feel pressure into buying a home that i didn't like. When inspecting a home he was always there trying to help and he would always see things that i would miss. After looking at a home he was always available to talk about the cons and pros of that home. When it came to negotiating the offers he would always make sure i would get the best deal. He would even add minor things to the contract, like having the seller stretch the carpet before closing. During my journey of buying a house i worked with 3 different realtors and Larry was by far the best one! Thanks to him I was able to get a good deal on a home that i Liked.
