My experience working with Lawrence was great. Due to my limitations and requirements it took me 12+ month to find a house that was perfect for me. During this time Lawrence looked out for my best interest and would not allow me to impatiently settle on just any house. When necessary, Lawrence would point out structural damages, design flaws, cosmetics, and was helpful in identifying possible major repairs in some of the houses we visited. Most importantly, I got a good deal on the house which appreciated 22 percent higher than price paid. Overall I felt comfortable with Lawrence’s level of experience in real estate and beyond. As a result I could not be happier in my new home. I moved in just before the holidays, I hosted a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with the help of my family members and now I look forward to the spring to start my garden.
