We met Laxmi based on the impressive number of properties she has sold and her website reviews. We got a very positive vibes after meeting her, better than the others we interviewed. We decided to go with Laxmi. I would choose to work with her again. Laxmi is responsive & easy to contact by phone or text message. She cares a lot about clients, and recommends things that should increase the sale price more than it costs to carry them out. Laxmi handles negotiations, others on her team handle disclosures and documentation. Even in the slow market, she was able to generate multiple offers. She never pushed us to accept any offer. Sold our home over asking. Very excited to work with Laxmi again.

As i write this review, i'm selling my second home with Laxmi. My first home that Laxmi sold was a record sale in the neighborhood. She has a great team of contractors/stager/landscapers etc... It was a trust sale involving 8 siblings. Laxmi stayed with us every step of the way, explaining difficult to understand things during the process of selling the home. She was always available and focused on bringing the best offer possible . There were eight siblings making decisions on different matters regarding the house and she was extremely patient and helpful in dealing with all our concerns and questions. I firmly believe she is the best agent in the industry and would absolutely 100% use her again! She really was amazing!

TL;DR: Hire her! I sold at a profit! I renovated my 1BD/1BTH and wanted to sell it. I could no longer afford the $4K a month payment. I need to sell while the market was good.
