Layla listed and sold my home
Layla is incredibly honest, hard working, attentive, a good listener, very thorough, and will prepare you for every aspect of selling. It was a very stressful time for us with selling our home, moving out of state and getting a new job. She made it very easy and went out of her way to accommodate us and help us. She guided us in what renovations we should do and which ones we shouldn't do to help us get more money for our house without breaking the bank. (And it worked! We received multiple offers!) She made several trips to our home after we moved and made sure the house was ready for closing. Kept us well informed with all the information. She was always available for any questions or concerns. She gives immediate response and is very proactive. I highly recommend her to any seller or buyer. You will have an agent and a friend for life.
