My husband and I planned a trip to Prescott to view the area as a potential retirement location. We were put in touch with a different realtor who didn't seem interested in helping us with this preliminary viewing. My brother gave me LeAnn's contact info, and we literally called her on our way up the mountain. She cleared her schedule that afternoon and showed us around the area. She kept in touch with us for 6 months as we wrapped up our careers. In January, LeAnn showed us 18 houses in two days and had us closed smoothly and on time. Oh, and she also took me on an unexpected house hunt when I happened to be in the area the previous October. LeAnn is always agreeable, pleasant, and makes you feel as if you are her top priority. Assistant Brittany is also the best! We love LeAnn and Bella Terra!
