Lee Cooper did not provide honest subjective guidance. He served as a dual agent for the seller and for us the buyer. He assured us this was customary and he was bound to providing us with objective guidance. The buyers were also real estate agents and he did not provide advice that was in our best interest. In fact, during negotiations he told us there was another party who wanted to bid and we had a few hours to accept otherwise the new bidder would be introduced. The way he explained this was that the bidders had to wait until our current bid was accepted or rejected. I know now this is not accurate and he pushed us to settle on a price using tactics that he assured us wouldn't occur. I would not recommend using Lee Cooper for your Real Estate needs. There are other honest and trustworthy agents in Cle Elum that will support your needs.
