Then Lee coordinated a same day close on both our buy and sell side (no easy feat!!!). Lee was professional, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring that our experience was top notch. Lee Milligan sold our house. Our house was a very unique house that required the right buyer in order to realize the kind of money that we wanted to get for it. When we told Lee what we wanted to get for it, she did not balk. Lee helped stage the house and hire a photographer that made the house look really good. Lee even managed some sprucing up that the landscaping definitely needed. Through all of the lookers Lee never asked us to lower our price and after 3 months, she sold our house. Along the way she basically sold 2 of our neighbors houses as well. Lee was very easy to work with and I plan to use her in the future.

We had the opportunity to sell our townhome and purchase our new home with Lee. In both cases, Lee showed strong market expertise to help us sell our townhome in less than a week while facilitating the simultaneous purchase of our single family home.
