She staged our home from a supply of furniture and carpets and vases and etc. that she maintains in her personal inventory --- moving items from house to house to keep all of her listing fresh looking and showing in current themes and colors. Lee was the MOST amazing professional Real Estate agent i have EVER done business with over 60 years. She totally cares for her clients, providing staging advice and even staging materials (furniture, tables, brick-a-brack, rugs, etc) she make the home you want to sell a show place. On the purchasing side (Lee was my agent there also) she was particularly tuned into the content of the listing document vis-a-vis the property it represented. She SAVED us from a Chinese Drywall error when WE found evidence of Chinese Drywall at the property but there was no mention of it in the sellers listing. For the specific reference made: 5893 Aysen Dr., Lee Rhodes was on top of every relevant item in the sellers listing. She visited the property and advised me on the condition of the property vs. its issues and the asking price.
