This is going to sound cliche but Lee honestly helped my partner and I find us our dream home. We not only love the place, but are confident that we secured a great deal because of all the objective data that he provided us. He is super knowledgeable about the market conditions in Western Washington and his background as an engineer makes sure that he focuses on facts and logic rather than a bunch of emotional garbage when purchasing a home.From the beginning he briefed us based on logic and facts on the types of homes that would best work for us: he provided economic analyses on the homes like the price per square foot, etc. He also even let us know which lenders usually have the best pricing both on fees and on rates. We were shopping around between 10 different lenders on rates and fees, and were able to confirm that his advice was true. He honestly cares and works so hard. Plus he is funny, super responsive and not uptight. We were worried about hiring an agent based near Seattle for a transaction down in the Olympia area. However, Lee was super responsive and willing to come down for any needs that we had.Please work with Lee rather than getting tricked into working with those realtors who do not know the economics of real estate transactions and instead just focus on the emotions of the transaction. All realtors should be required to have the scope of knowledge that Lee has, but instead many unfortunately just make it seem like finding an agent is just like paying for a friend to make the process "fun"! Sorry, but if you are paying someone over $10k for a transaction that is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars they at a minimum should thoroughly understand the economics and logical portions of real estate transactions.Also, for what it's worth, if you are a member of the LGBT community, I also highly recommend Lee! My partner and I are an openly gay couple and Lee never was weird about it. He treated both of us very professionally, and he and my partner even talked about some random engineering stuff.Lee is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. If you are having any doubts, know that you can get an amazing value for your money by working with him!
