I would like to take a few minutes out to let others know how much Leetal (Tali) Wolder realtor with Floridian International Realty, Inc. has helped me buy my condo this past winter in Delray Beach, FL. I have been working with Tali for the past three years finding rental seasonal property and she has always been there for me. If I ask her to go in to check out a property on her own while I was in New York not a problem, and she has always been there on move-in day and lent a helping hand by carrying boxes. Way above the call of duty. I rented for three seasons and this year I found the perfect fit for me. Tali made it happen I saw the condo at 10:30am and I was in contract by 3:30pm all due to Tali's immediate handling. If it wasn't for Tali this would never have happen. She is a realtor with integrity, smarts, and customer care from beginning to end.

Tali Wolder listed our condo. As a product of Tali's knowledge of the South Florida market, although we were selling in a 272 unit complex with a lot of comps that had sold at significantly lower prices, because of our location, quality of our renovation and decorating, Tali convinced us that we should list our unit at a significantly higher price than the comps. Tali marketed our property extremely well via a well scripted MLS listing and very professional photographs. Our property was on the market less than a month and sold at our asking price which was more than $50K higher than any previous sale. Tali paid incredible attention to every single detail and proactively dealt with anything that could have possibly come up during the entire transaction. Without Tali's depth of knowledge as well as feel for the market, I believe we would have settled for a much lower sales price.

Tali came out and walked through the property and advised what it should be listed at according to market value. She took several photos and the property was listed the next day. We were under contract less than two weeks from the date the property was listed and closed withn 40 days. She was spot on with the listing price.
