I knew Irene and Ricky through a immigration group. They are very nice in that group and answered lots of our question. So I decide to meet them when I was in US. My plan was to buy a house just for rent it out, to get better return of the investment, Ricky suggest me Yorba linda, he is very knowledgeable about the market, and looks like he knew all the cities.We also took around irvine, but looks like Yorba linda is a better place to invest. so I decided to buy the one with huge back yard.I the end we found a very high ROI single family house and rent it out in 10 days.

If you are looking for a new house especially a new construction home at Irvine, you should not miss Irene and Ricky. They helped us get a deal of the century at Eastwood Delano with a huge price reduction and lots of premium upgrades.
