I discovered LeiYana after signing up for her company's real estate newsletters. In the market for a new realtor, I decided to call LeiYana. Reviews on other sites indicated she was not only responsive and good at what she does, but I discovered for myself that she is also very knowledgeable about various aspects of DC-area real estate and truly, truly cares about her clients. She was patient with my spouse and I as we requested to see one house after another. At one point, in fact, she fell ill, but she arranged for a colleague to show us the house on behalf of her. She never made excuses, but only put her clients first. That is a quality about her that I greatly appreciated. She also asks the "right" questions when we were thinking of buying certain houses. Slowing us down to think about a house from a 360-degree angle, and whether it was the right purchase for us, was critical. That's the mark of a great realtor, in my opinion. She's definitely not someone who is just trying to make the sale, but who is passionate about leaving her clients overjoyed and secure in the purchase they're making. We finally found a house we wanted to buy, and she guided us through the process from initial negotiation all the way to closing. She even gave us a beautiful and thoughtful parting gift.
