She answered in great detail all of my questions, and when she didn't know she pointed me to the correct person or got back to me with an answer right away. I cannot recommend LeRae enough! She managed our rental property for over 6 years and then sold our home for us. We were living across the country for the whole time! She is honest and very competent. She is a real professional.

We were probably her longest home search ever. After a few things didn't work out she helped us with rentals till we finally could get in the home we wanted. After numerous showing's we found our home, but it was unavailable at the time so after a few other showings we decided to wait and put in an offer. She worked with us on the negotiations, explained everything as we went, and help explain the mortgage side so we could make an informed decision on choosing a lender as well. Despite the length and delays in finding our home, LeRae was always happy to help and we would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to get a home.

We called LeRae when our condo on the lake failed to sell after 9 months, and explained our frustrations with 2 other realtors. She shared her credentials and sales history, visited our condo, and assured us she would do her best to get it sold. Within the week she had staged it beautifully, added pictures to the listing, and scheduled an open house which was well received. We closed this week, just 3 months later, without reducing our asking price! LeRae communicated regularly with me at our new home across the state, patiently responding to all my inquiries about how our listing was progressing.
