I was not evem a “big fish” client, but she called me the night before a home listed (called me after business hours) to make sure I saw a listing she sent me, and she worked to get me an appointment to see it first thing the next day. We were one of several offers that went in within hours, and we got the house. Even before finding this home, she worked with me on looking at several others, and she knew before I did which ones met my criteria. She really listens and undertands her clients wish lists and needs. Highly recommend.
