Leslie is an excellent realtor. She is extremely knowledgable about many dimensions of homeownership. I have reached out to her for everything from small things like how to deal with a heater that broke within the first year and big things, like how to handle refinancing and getting home equity lines of credit. She is willing to tell you the good and the bad about homeownership, and I always feel like she is giving me the full picture. She wants her clients to make good decisions and feel confident in them. She is also very responsive. I always get a call or text back within an hour or so, which is awesome. She follows through on her commitments and takes care of the details. I really wish that all people had this kind of experience with their realtor. If you are interested in properties outside of the neighborhood, she also able to help with any property within California. She's been helping me with looking for a home in Sonoma.
