Les was fantastic. Being a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about making such a big purchase given my limited knowledge on the process. Les was very patient and understanding of all of my questions, and VERY responsive. Every question I had was answered within just a few hours, and he did an excellent job of helping us weigh the options we had for buying as far a location, new vs. resale, etc. etc

Very pleased with his results. But in order for realtor to sell your home in the quickest duration and for the best price they must have seller cooperation. Sellers must declutter, clean and make their home look it's best. Without that, it will be difficult for any realtor to sell your home

Les is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He understands the market where we live and thus was very helpful guiding us to the right listing price and ultimately the sale. The pictures and layout for the listing and brochures were absolutley stunning. Many buyers and other agents commented on this. Les never let down from the day of the listing through the sale.
